The Prime Minister says progress will keep going; the economy is now steady despite many problems.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Friday that the new budget focuses on helping people and providing relief. He stated that the government has lowered taxes for workers and is working to increase exports, support industries, grow farming, and encourage investment to improve the economy.
Regarding the budget, he said, “I am very thankful to God. Because of His help and the people’s prayers, our economy is becoming stable, and we are able to provide relief to the public through this budget.”
“I am very grateful to all Pakistani citizens who stayed patient during hard times and worked hard to help our economy stay stable,” he said.
He also promised that once the economy is stable, the benefits will go directly to ordinary people.
“Thank God, a time of wealth has started,” he said. He added that the better life and relief he promised after the hard times have officially begun, as the nation deserves.
The Prime Minister said the main goal of this budget is to make sure the benefits of a strong economy reach the people directly and that everyone in society can join in the country’s growth.
He thanked Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Army Chief Syed Asim Munir, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, the economic team, provincial leaders, and all related organizations. He credited their hard work and skill for this relief.
He also noted that the government has taken real action by helping people build homes through the ‘Apna Ghar’ program, giving tax relief, creating jobs for young people, helping the middle class, and supporting businesses.
He said, “Hopefully, this development work will continue at a fast pace, and we will do everything possible to help the people.
” The Prime Minister noted that Pakistan’s economy is now stable despite many problems. He is confident that the government’s third budget will help the economy grow even faster.
At a special meeting to approve the national budget, the prime minister said the government had managed tough economic times well and set the stage for long-term growth.
