In her complaint to the Chung Police in Lahore, she said the lawmaker was calling her and her fiancé and threatening them.
Iqbal said the politician used insulting words after she rejected his marriage proposal because she learned he was already married to two other women.
She also said that after she refused, Chadhar began to blackmail her. The report mentioned WhatsApp messages and video calls that the accused supposedly made.
The actress said her sister also received similar threatening messages on her phone.
Reports say Iqbal, with her lawyers, went to the Chung Police Station and told the officer in charge, Faheem Imdad, about the issue.
Punjab’s Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz, stated that using political power, pressure, or threats to get ‘personal content’ released in the Momina and Chadhar case will be met with strong action.

The actor said that instead of getting justice, people tried to stop her from complaining. She claimed that even people connected to the chief minister’s office tried to discourage her and keep the matter quiet instead of letting a fair investigation happen.
