A 5.2 magnitude earthquake shook Islamabad, Peshawar, and other areas in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Monday, according to the Seismic Monitoring Centre.

The earthquake happened 125 kilometers deep. Observers say it started at the border of Tajikistan and China.

After the earthquakes, there were no quick reports of injuries or destruction.
