Pakistan’s famous actress Mahira Khan, who has impressed everyone with her great acting in movies, is now coming back to television. However, she says she feels a little nervous about returning.
In an interview with CNN, the actress from Neelofer talked about what she has gained and lost during her 15 years in the entertainment industry. She said this journey brought her a lot of love, respect, and admiration from people.
Mahira said that next year it will be 15 years since she started working in the entertainment industry. She shared that she is now going back to television, which feels a little scary to her.
She said she feels scared, but also excited, because doing something that scares her makes it more interesting.
Talking about her on-screen chemistry with her Neelofar co-star Fawad Khan, Mahira said it is a blessing that both of them have received so much love, respect, and admiration together from fans.
She explained that one thing they have in common is that they respect each other’s personal space and acting skills. Mahira said she acts naturally and spontaneously, while Fawad has a different acting method. Because of this, they understand each other very well while acting.
Mahira also talked about her student life in California, USA. She said she is very thankful to America because she lived and worked there for many years, and that time played an important role in her life as a girl from Pakistan.
She added that she takes her son to America every summer and shares her memories with him. She believes those years were very important in shaping her life.
