Green Shirts have a problem deciding on their fifth bowler before the final match against West Indies.

Pakistan’s captain Mohammad Rizwan talked about a problem with choosing the fifth bowler and mentioned that they would decide on the team lineup for Tuesday’s final game later. After losing the second one-day match on Sunday.

Pakistan, who had won the first ODI by five wickets, scored a decent 171-7 in just 37 overs due to rain. However, West Indies won the match by five wickets, making the series tied at one match each.

Pakistan’s part-time bowlers Saim Ayub and Salman Agha gave up 66 runs in seven overs without taking any wickets, allowing West Indies to win easily.

“You could say our fifth bowler let too many runs slip, but Salman and Saim have bowled well for us in past games,” Rizwan said after the match. “Saim didn’t do well today, but he has been good in the T20Is.

That’s how the game goes.” Rizwan mentioned that they struggled to understand the playing conditions, and several rain delays made things worse.

“Honestly, the weather forecast has been quite different from what we expected, and it’s hard to figure out. We’re keeping our options open and will finalize the playing XI after checking the conditions,” the captain added.

Pakistan won the previous T20I series 2-1.
